    The most personal entry point. Private sessions built entirely around your story, your nervous system, and where you are right now. No agenda imposed, just honest, guided inquiry into what your body has been trying to say. Available virtually and in-person. Currently accepting inquiries.

    The entry point for most people. Group work creates the particular kind of healing that only happens when you realize you are not alone. Forest bathing experiences, mind-body workshops, and faith-rooted gatherings, held in community, guided with intention. Sizes stay small so the work stays real.

    For those who want to go deeper. Half-day and full-day immersions in mind-body science, lifestyle medicine, and whole-person restoration. Built for individuals, organizations, faith communities, and corporate wellness programs. You leave with more than knowledge, you leave with a framework you can actually use.

    Looking for something built specifically for your team, community, or organization? A retreat, a wellness day, an ongoing program. I work with groups to design experiences that actually meet people where they are: corporate wellness, church retreats, healthcare organizations, and more.
